Yes, I can relate! LinkedIn can become an obsession during job searches and I find it hard not to check it JUST IN CASE. I guess one suggestion is to set times when you visit during the day. And with success stories, it’s hard to manage sometimes but remember everyone puts a positive spin on things and the reality is full of ups and downs.
